- This role is with an international market leader who are known for creativity and innovation. It is an exciting time in HR with a full agenda of work and some exciting initiatives in the pipeline. An opportunity exists for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the HR Team.
- Reporting to the Director of HR, this is a generalist role covering all aspects of HR with a HR Coordinator reporting into you. On a day to day basis key responsibilities will include taking the lead and partnering & coaching business leaders, driving performance management, building leadership capability, change management and working alongside management to identify skill gaps and introduce programs to build capability. You will also be involved in the roll out of a number of exciting HR initiatives & partnering with the HR team to design and execute the People strategy.
- The role requires a 'hands on' & strategic HR Generalist with a well rounded toolkit that includes strengths in developing leadership capability. With a contemporary approach and an up to date knowledge of good HR practice, you are happy & able to flex between day to day and project based activities and enjoy working in a fast paced business environment. A good relationship builder, you are able to influence at all levels with a focus on achieving commercial outcomes.
