**The Company**
- Leading and established project home builder.
- Construction Supervisor / Site Supervisor to manage projects in the Newcastle / Hunter region (Maitland, Thornton, Rutherford, Cessnock, Rothbury etc.)
- The company has been in business for over 10 years and has won numerous awards for the quality of their projects.

**About The Role**
- The Construction Supervisor / Site Manager will be required to manage new build home projects from start to finish.
- Basic salary between $105,000 and $120,000 depending on experience, plus super and vehicle.

**Duties**
- Manage day to day construction activities
- Ensure a high level of quality control
- Manage sub-contractors and suppliers regularly
- Ensure site WHS.
- Proactively schedule and forecast work activities including trades and materials
- Maintain job site integrity

**Skills & Experience**
- Current Drivers Licence
- Relevant building qualifications
- Trade background (carpentry or bricklaying)
- Experience in managing residential home construction from start to finish.
- Able to understand and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
