Bexley North, Australia Prodental Studio Full time

As a Dental Receptionist you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring that they receive excellent service from the moment they walk through the door. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in our practice’s marketing, managing our social media channels and helping us connect with our community online.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception & Administrative Duties**:

- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the dental team.
- Process payments and manage insurance claims.
- **Social Media & Marketing**:

- Assist in managing the practice’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create and post regular content to engage our patient community.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions to enhance our online presence.

**Key Requirements**:

- Ideal experience working in a **dental or medical practice** (previous experience as a receptionist is preferred).
- Strong communication skills, with a passion for delivering excellent patient care.
- **Knowledge of social media platforms** (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and an interest in digital marketing.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
