Job Title: Customer Service Assistant Job Category: Full-time

Department/Group Customer Service Reporting To: Customer Service Manager
- Role and Responsibilities:_
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers with knowledgeable answers about products and services.
- Help customers navigate BondiBoost’s website and place orders online if necessary.
- Respond to customer’s enquiries.
- Raise replacements and orders.
- Process returns/faults and refunds.
- Work closely with the Social Team to provide customer information.
- Process and pack stock to be returned to the warehouse.
- Complete task and duties provided by Customer Service Team Leader.
- Any other administration and/or office tasks as required.
- Liaise with local and international 3rd Party Logistics.
- Any other projects, administration and/or office tasks as required.

- Meet the KPI requirements as set by your manager.
- Preferred Qualifications:_
- A passion for providing A+ customer service.
- High energy and positive enthusiasm for customer service and dealing with people.
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent and flawless written communication skills.
