Join icon fashion house Aje as a Part Time Customer Experience Coordinator at our Aje Head Office in Surry Hills.

**About this opportunity**:

- Respond to customer communications within reply time and satisfaction KPIs, aiming to exceed standards.
- Resolve customer enquiries promptly, escalating complex scenarios to senior team members as needed.
- Use Aje macros for brand-aligned communication, creating and seeking approval for new macros.
- Treat all customers with empathy, respect, and agility.
- Prioritize and go above and beyond for VIP and Daigou customers, seeking authorization for special requests.
- Understand all product offerings to encourage conversions or exchanges during customer interactions.
- Maintain knowledge of Aje, Aje Athletica, and Ikkari retail locations and AP21 system for Customer Care.
- Support onboarding and coaching of new team members to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Escalate Ecommerce or retail issues through internal communication methods and seek opportunities to exceed sales budgets by maximizing service and efficiency.

**You will bring**:
Confident using Shopify, Starshippit, Vend, Zendesk and warehouse software.
Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues.
Womenswear product knowledge across high fashion pieces, accessories, and athletic wear.
Understanding of Microsoft program especially Excel (basic level)
High level of literacy/written, verbal and presentation skills
Self-motivated to think outside the box and develop creative/innovative solutions to drive online sales and customer satisfaction
Ability to manage competing priorities and timelines and ensure deadlines are met and managed based on their importance and timeframe.
Customer-centric mentality for all decision making.
Impeccable follow-up, attention to detail and organisation skills.
A flexible approach and ability to be agile, to adapt your ideas to the needs of the brand and to the customer
