**About the Role**
As a People & Culture Administrator at Rapid, you’ll join our established People & Culture team and have role to play in delivering a range of people & culture initiatives and activities to build upon our workplace culture and employee experience. This position offers a great opportunity for the right individual to make a difference and kick start their career or looking for a long-term steady role.
You will use your knowledge and experience to assist the People & Culture team in coordinating team engagement events, recruitment admin support, onboarding and offboarding employees, coordinating internal and external training, and other general P&C and office administration duties.
This role is available in a permanent full time, or part time (0.8 FTE) capacity.
**To be successful, you’ll have**:
- Completed, or substantially completed, qualification in Human Resources or similar
- Previous experience in an admin role (previous HR/P&C experience highly desirable)
- Demonstrated understanding of foundational Human Resources principles
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple tasks at one time, meeting deadlines and taking an innovative approach to problem solving
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proven ability to learn new software systems and MS office skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Possess a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work during our core business hours Monday to Friday
