**About Brighton College**:
Brighton College is an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with campuses in Melbourne, Brisbane, Hobart and Sydney. Our college offers ELICOS, Business, Information Technology, Hospitality Management, and Community Services training, and we maintain close professional links with industry to ensure our training is at the forefront of industry developments.

**The Role**:
As an ELICOS Teacher, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Planning, preparing and delivering high-quality communicative lessons and assessments in the General English or EAS program to students from a range of backgrounds
- Developing respectful relationships with students.
- Completing all regulatory administration duties required by ESOL National Code of Practice, including attendance and progress monitoring, and record-keeping.
- Contributing to the provision of a rich and diverse extracurricular experience for students.
- Delivering onsite at Brighton Sydney CBD campus (face to face teaching)
- Monitor, evaluate and assess student English language progression and successful course completion
- Contribute to the development of curricula and learning and assessment resources

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree
- An approved TESOL qualification (CELTA, Graduate Diploma or Master in Education)
- Demonstrated experience of teaching EAP and/or General English
- Excellent written, verbal communication and computer skills
