**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality English lessons (General English / Academic English / IELTS / EAP) in accordance with the ELICOS Standards 2018.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Monitor and support student progress through continuous feedback and guidance.
- Maintain accurate attendance and assessment records as per compliance requirements.
- Participate in staff meetings, moderation sessions, and professional development activities.

**Essential Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree (Education, Linguistics, TESOL or related field).
- TESOL qualification that meets NEAS/ELICOS requirements (e.g., CELTA, Cert IV in TESOL).
- Minimum 1 year of ELICOS or ESL teaching experience (onshore or offshore).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Strong awareness of ELICOS Standards and multicultural teaching contexts.

**Desirable**
- Experience teaching in CRICOS-registered institutions.
- Knowledge of PRISMS, attendance monitoring, and academic reporting systems.
- Flexibility to teach morning, afternoon, or evening sessions.

**Employment Type**
- Casual / Part-time
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
