We’re looking for passionate people to support our Pet Parents when they need it most, as Customer Experience Consultant. Full paid training starts October 10, onsite in Chatswood.

**What you’ll do**

You will receive a comprehensive four weeks of paid training, starting in a classroom environment and moving on to buddying in on calls before taking your own.
- Have genuine conversations with our customers (Pet Parents) and be awesome at building relationships
- Be an excellent, clear communicator
- Demonstrate a strong level of resilience
- Communicate with our customers to provide further information regarding policy and entitlements
- Take ownership of customer grumbles
- Work collaboratively with various teams at PetSure

**Salary**: $59,670.00 per year
