**Technical Solutions Specialist | Brisbane**

We are recruiting for a highly motivated professional to join our Technical Excellence Centre as a Product Technical Analyst located in Brisbane, QLD and reporting into the National Technical Manager.
This role is instrumental in maintaining our leading-edge Dynamic Mix Control system (DMC) used to create, maintain and optimise our ready-mix concrete product lines. Your responsibility will be to communicate and collaborate effectively with regional technical, sales, customer service centre and supply chain teams to optimise product performance, sustainability and cost within DMC.

**In your new role, you will**:

- Provide specialist technical support to the business by assisting staff with the selection and creation of products in the Dynamic Mix Control system
- Maintenance of the DMC system and the associated master data.
- Develop an effective working relationship with the Regional Technical Managers, Regional Product Technical Managers and relevant internal customers
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with regional technical teams to achieve product optimization.
- Maintain a national quality management system for DMC (processes, raw materials and products).
- Conduct a daily review and corrective action of compressive strength performance trends to maintain compliance with Australian Standards and appropriate local specifications
- Identify and report action plan for critical concrete compressive strength trends/issues
- Monitor cement performance and consistency, and report any non-conformances
- Manage system change requests to maintain balance of system versatility and cost of maintenance
- Maintain all aspects of DMC and material creation data
- Share mix design philosophy and opportunities for improvement across regions

**This role is a great fit for you, if you have**:

- Experience in providing customer support within a product quality environment
- Experience/exposure in analysing data and relevant to Technical Services
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced excel skills
- Concrete technology experience is highly desirable, but not essential
- A degree or diploma in Civil or Materials Engineering, Concrete Technology or Mathematics would be an advantage, though not essential
