Financial Systems Analyst

**MELBOURNE - CBD, SYDNEY - CBD**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role can be based in either our Sydney or Melbourne office.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing a good understanding of the following Aderant and Intapp Applications; Expert, Conflicts, Time, Walls & Integration Builder etc.
- Learning how to support and develop and maintain Aderant and Intapp reports, forms, workflows, and integrations
- Software/Web development and SQL skills (e.g., SQL scripting skills for reporting or troubleshooting purposes)
- Release Management: packaging; testing; deployments; Prod implementation prep, run-sheet; cloning; reconciliation; administration
- Environments Management: refreshes; refresh runbooks, development and administration; DB and environments comparisons; Test user accounts admin; Dev, Test & Prod servers patching prep and testing; Expert admin and support; Source control artefacts; Documents update; Citrix checks and admin
- Constantly look out for process improvements and automation in all environments and release tasks
- Take an active part in planning and improvement activities (e.g., Automation and scripting of FST processes)
- Collaborate and add value to the team through participation in code, architecture, and design discussions/reviews

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree-level computing qualification
- Desirable Skills: MS SQL; IIS; MS Office; MS Teams and Confluence; MS Orchestrator and SMA; MS Sharepoint; Azure DevOps; Citrix XenApp; Redgate DB comparison tools; Beyond Compare; JIRA; ServiceNow; PowerShell; Active Directory; CI\\CD; Automation
- Soft Skills: Communication; Collaboration; Troubleshooting; Problem solving; Analytical; Document writing; Change Management; Presentation; Prioritisation; Time Management

Good to have: Expert Apps; Intapp Time, Walls or similar Practice Management Software
