Therapy Support Consultant

As the Therapy Support (TS) Consultant you'll be based at Ormeau, Gold Coast within our contact centre site, which offers free car parking.

As the TS Consultant you'll deliver therapy support and services to our patients receiving CPAP and other Sleep Therapies, by answering incoming phone calls from patients and clinic staff nation-wide.

The TS Consultant will take pride in providing tailored services over the phone to our private and government funded (Federal or State Health Organisation, Department of Veterans Affairs) patients.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- A pivotal role answering all types of phone calls from our patients relating to CPAP and other Sleep Therapies. Conversations with patients will include probing questions to monitor on-going compliance to therapy, troubleshooting issues and identifying needs for additional assistance
- Booking patients into one of more than 25 CPAP clinic's
- Comply with procedures and instructions to achieve desired patient and organisational outcomes including an increase in the CPAP business
- Other projects and responsibilities as delegated by the management

- Ability to solve practical problems and to respond to inquiries
- Tertiary qualifications are considered advantageous but not essential
