An opportunity for a FP & A Manager to join this well-established Entertainment Tech organisation for 14 months contract. Focused on the group, this role will see you focusing on coordinating the budgeting, strategic plan, and monthly forecasting processes, along with working closely with the Group Finance team and multiple divisions to accurately report and provide insights. This role also has a focus on stakeholder management and delivering group reports.

**The Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, the main duties will include:

- Prepare financial reports for executive team, board, and other stakeholders with financial and non-financial metrics
- Provide relevant, meaningful commentary for financial performance reporting, board presentations and other ad hoc reporting
- Manage the regular group forecasting process
- Run the annual budgeting process in conjunction with the Group Planning & Commercial Finance Manager
- Assist in half year and year end external reporting including the preparation of investor relations materials
- Review monthly financial results and KPIs to ensure accuracy
- Develop a deep understanding of the Group’s business drivers, and its strategic goals
- Develop and evolve insightful reporting and analysis, highlight risks and opportunities and present findings to relevant stakeholders
- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach
- Leading process improvements
- Ad hoc analysis as required

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in accounting and be ACA/CPA/ CFA qualified
- Extensive experience in FP&A function or group planning and performance
- Advanced in Excel and Financial modeling
- Experience in communicating financial results to the board and C-suite through effective presentation
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Tableau and/or TM1 preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and relationship skills Ability to multitask and prioritise
