We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) business partner to join team. The FP&A business partner will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis activities across the group. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a strategic financial professional to contribute to the success of our health clubs by providing insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Planning & Budgeting**:

- Manage, execute and improve the annual budget and rolling forecast process in collaboration with clubs & HO functions.
- Work closely with various departments to gather financial data and assumptions for accurate financial & membership forecasts.
- Derive insights from analysis on budget variances and implement feedback loops from budget owners to ensure accountability.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to the approved budget, identifying and addressing variances in a timely manner.
- Work closely with operational teams to provide financial guidance for expense management.

**Forecasting and Reporting**:

- Improve and maintain financial and membership forecasting models to support short-term and long-term business planning.
- Generate regular financial reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
- Forecast and report on debt covenants and cash balances to ensure debt covenant compliance.

**Financial Analysis & Commercial Support**:

- Conduct thorough financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of proposed business initiatives.
- Develop and enhance financial models to analyse scenarios, assess business risks, and support strategic initiatives in clubs.
- Provide decision support through ad-hoc financial modelling and analysis.

**Business Performance Metrics**:

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure club's financial performance against strategic goals.
- Collaborate with department heads and General Managers to establish performance benchmarks and targets. Specifically, monitor club secondary spend performance with particular emphasis on food and beverage gross margin and contribution.

**Financial Systems and Processes**:

- Evaluate and optimize financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis processes and tools.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA/CIMA/CA designation will be greatly desirable.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven experience of 5 years in FP&A or commercial/management accounting role, preferably in the consumer services industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with various levels of management.
