**The Role**
We are looking for support workers who are more than just task-doers. We want people who are genuinely caring, compassionate, and reliable — people who bring heart and initiative to their work every day.

As a Support Worker, you will:

- Provide personalised daily living and community access supports.
- Build meaningful connections and promote independence.
- Be proactive, attentive, and responsive to participants’ needs.
- Represent with professionalism and respect at all times.

- Reliability and consistency — participants and families can count on you.
- Initiative — you don’t just “do the basics,” you look for ways to support and empower.
- Respectful communication and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility with hours (including occasional evenings/weekends).

**Requirements**:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
- Working With Children Check.
- Police Check.
- First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).
- Previous experience in disability support or community services is an advantage, but heart and attitude are what matter most.
