The opportunity

This is an opportunity for a Manager, Privacy with strong understanding of privacy practices and a focus on privacy impact assessments. In this role you will assist with the implementation of effective privacy approaches, undertake risk impact assessments for privacy breaches and manage outcomes with regulators. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for providing an overall uplift of how privacy is managed by the business.

Your key responsibilities include:

- implementing the approach and ensuring timely completion of privacy impact assessments
- undertaking the assessment of potential privacy breaches
- liaising with the appropriate regulatory authorities on privacy breach matters
- supporting the business in understanding the breadth of privacy, the associated risks and how to manage

Your story so far

This role is suited to an individual with proven experience in privacy management and privacy impact assessments. You will drive compliance and governance activities, provide operational and technical expertise to ensure that the business meets its internal and external privacy obligations. You will drive success in this role by utilising your strong influencing and relationship management capabilities.
