Key Responsibilities:
Your primary focus will be reaching out to our existing customers, who have already shown interest through our marketing campaigns. Warm leads mean engaging conversations and an opportunity to provide top-notch service.

Overflow Inbound Calls: Assist customers in need of support by promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Industry Focus:
We operate in the air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and handyman space, making each day unique and exciting. If you have prior experience in these industries, it's a plus, but not a requirement - a strong customer service background is what we value most.

Desired Qualifications:
Minimum 3 Years of Customer Service Experience: You've honed your skills and are well-versed in providing exceptional phone-based support.

Team Player: Collaboration is key, and you thrive in a cooperative environment, supporting your colleagues and working together towards common objectives.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Terrey Hills, NSW 2084: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
