The trainee title is purely results-focused (not time-specific) and is typically fast-tracked in as little as 1-3 months depending on how comfortable you feel and the progress you make. By progressing to an "Executive" level sales results you'll receive an increased remuneration package and commission plan with the ability to work autonomously. Your main aim in the Car Sales role is to connect with guests and ensure they have a seamless, exciting and genuine buying experience.
