- **360 recruitment specialising in Healthcare industry and becoming a specialist in your area**:

- **Building your own unique clientele who you will service**:

- **Client visits / community meetings & outings**:

- **Business Development, client visits & sales calls**:

- **Strategic decision making and & business negotiations**:

- **Ability to take ownership of your own desk - building a business for yourself**

**_About you:_**
- You will need to be self-motivated, tenacious and organised
- Hold experience in hitting targets/KPI's working in a sales or customer service environment
- Strong verbal communication skills, social media / digital marketing skills
- Passion for business development and building a business within a business
- Experience in the healthcare industry or a keen interest of industry
