**Experience Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a dispatch or logistics role.
- Experience with eCommerce order fulfilment.
- Knowledge of shipping and delivery processes.
- Experience with warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Experience with customer service.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. (ideal but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the timely dispatch of orders.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including packing and labelling.
- Ensure orders are dispatched by customer requirements.
- Liaise with customers to resolve any delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries.
- Monitor customer satisfaction.
