- Provide leadership, direction and advice to the team and manage the onboarding and training of staff
- Collaborate with Property accountants, Senior Finance Managers, Property management teams, Investment teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting.
- Oversee Senior Finance Manager / Property Accountants work produced for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and deliver annual budgets and forecasts across the portfolio
- Overview and ownership of Major tenant’s calculations including Percentage Rent, Extended Trade, Occupancy Capping, Direct Recharges
- Ensure the Specific Outgoings and GS007 Audits are delivered to the auditors/client in accordance with agreed timeline
- Review as required financials including, Monthly P&L workbooks, EHT models, Percentage Rent models, Outgoings models, Base Rent Models, Rebates and Concession models.

**Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
- CPA/CA qualified with Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Previous senior level experience within commercial/retail property accounting
- Knowledge of Retail Leases Act and Legislation
- Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent people management skills with a track record in creating a positive team culture
- Time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
