**Introduction**:
Being an integral part of the larger Service team, your efforts will significantly contribute to our exceptional service standards.

This role entails delivering essential field services to HMPS and Propac customers including servicing, repairs, installations, commissioning, training, and equipment modifications.

**Description**:
**As a Service Technician, you will**:

- Perform routine maintenance and scheduled repairs as per established schedules.
- Address breakdowns promptly, employing adept problem-solving skills to implement effective solutions.
- Undertake new equipment installations with precision and expertise.
- Execute enhancements and updates to existing machinery to enhance functionality.
- Foster strong customer relationships, cultivating a rapport that reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Deliver transparent and timely communication to clients and internal teams alike.
- Skillfully manage your time, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service.
- Embrace travel opportunities, including local, interstate, and international assignments.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**This role requires**:

- Hold a restricted electrical licence or a full NSW electrical licence
- Possess a Mechanical Trade qualification with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience after completing apprenticeship.
- Previous experience as field service technician in the packaging industry with demonstrated proficiency in supporting high-speed production machinery is desirable.
- Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is highly advantageous.
- Customer-focused mindset, demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with self-motivation and a results-oriented work approach.
- A valid current driver's license and willingness to travel both locally and interstate is essential for the role.
