**Company**:
This leading Food and Beverage business has a strong brand presence and has enjoyed outstanding growth since being acquired by a private equity firm. They have a dynamic, high-performing culture that values teamwork and encourages progression internally and cross-functionally throughout the group. The business is in the process of going through a company-wide transformation on the back of the private equity investment a Program Manager is required drive a cross functional transformation.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Working closely with the CEO to drive operational transformation across the business.
- Managing program organisation and establishment.
- Managing the development and implementation of program plans to meet objectives.
- Developing and embedding program governance and reporting framework to monitor implementation, progress and delivery of the transformation.
- Providing effective leadership and people management and coordination of project staff.

**Required Experience**:

- Track record of delivering cross-functional transformation programs.
- Experience of working across Supply Chain transformation is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in the retail or FMCG industries is beneficial.
- Previous experience of working in a consultancy is highly desirable.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- High-level time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple pieces of work according to importance.
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner and the ability to communicate with both internal staff and onsite clients.
- Highly motivated, self-driven with a positive attitude.
