At Ballam Park Pre-School, child safety is a top priority. We have a zero tolerance approach to child abuse, racial, religious and cultural discrimination. We have a duty of care to create an environment in which all children can flourish and be protected from harm. In order to fulfil this commitment, we have established values, behavioural expectations and recruitment practices that are consistent with a child safe culture. Ballam Park Preschool is run by a Parent Committee of Management and we offer both a 3 year old Kindergarten Program and a 4 year old Preschool Program. We are committed to provide our children with a welcoming, nurturing, supportive and fun play based program in an environment where they can explore, create and follow their own interests as they play and learn. Our enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool staff aim to to always provide high quality Early Childhood Education, full of valuable experiences with positive outcomes for all our children. We highly value and continually promote a 'sense of belonging', building close connections and relationships with all our families, children and the local community.

2 - 4 Days can be discussed upon employment

Multiple positions available ranging from 9 hours per week to 27 hours

VIT Registration

**Additional Requirements**

Completed a minimum qualification of Cert III in Children's Services 2 referees, including the most recent employer of direct line manager. All referees must have observed you working with children first hand. Experience is welcome however not mandatory
