We are currently seeking a passionate and **experienced Lead Educator** to join our vibrant team in our Nursery Room.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of play-based learning programs that promote children’s curiosity and creativity
- Foster strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and the community
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children thrive
- Mentor and collaborate with team members, supporting their professional development
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines

**About You**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification)
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** leading in a nursery or early childhood setting
- Strong knowledge of child development, inclusive practices, and early years frameworks
- A deep passion for fostering children’s **autonomy and sense of agency**:

- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Current First Aid certification and Working with Children Check

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
