We're seeking a passionate Trainee Dental Assistant to join our esteemed team at Hampton Cosmetic and Implant Dental Centre, a premier practice nestled in the heart of Bayside in Hampton.

Step into our state-of-the-art facility boasting four rooms, where we deliver top-tier General Dental Services with a focus on superior patient care. At Hampton Cosmetic and Implant Dental Centre, we specialize in Cosmetic and Implant services, Adult fixed and Aligner Orthodontics, and boast a renowned Hygiene and Oral Health Therapy Department. Our patients, hailing from a diverse demographic of all ages and backgrounds, expect nothing but the best, and we're dedicated to exceeding their expectations.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Dental Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. Your duties include providing chair-side assistance, maintaining impeccable cleanliness and sterilization standards, offering a warm welcome to patients, assisting with administrative tasks, and upholding strict protocols for infection control and safety.

**Team Collaboration**:

**Patient Interaction**:
Interact closely with patients, providing comfort and support throughout their visit. Your friendly demeanor and active engagement are key to ensuring a positive experience.

We prioritize safety and adhere to ADA-recommended infection control protocols. Your diligence in maintaining a clean, safe environment is essential.

**Equipment and Technology**:
Training will be provided as needed. Familiarity with software like Oasis is advantageous but not required.

**Continuing Education and Training**:
Grow your skills through ongoing professional development opportunities, including daily chats, meetings, and annual training sessions. Advance your career with additional certifications upon request.

**Performance Evaluation**:
Receive ongoing feedback and annual reviews to support your growth and development.

**Work Environment**:

**Hours and Remuneration**:
Enjoy flexible scheduling with 38 hours spread across 4 days. Remuneration ranges from $21 to $27 per hour, commensurate with experience.

**Job Type**: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Dental assistance: 1 year (preferred)
