**YOUR ROLE**

Step into this newly created Executive Manager role, you won’t just be managing a team, you’ll be guiding a group of passionate individuals towards a common goal. Your insights will not only enhance IAG’s risk management across reinsurance, underwriting, and claim processes, but also shape our strategy and solutions for critical group and community peril risk issues. This will enable the Group to excel in granular risk-based pricing, peril risk management, and climate change insights.

Critical to your success, you will have proven ability to lead and direct a team of talented scientists, modelers, and engineers.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated experience managing issues in large and complex organisations.
- Financial Services Expertise: preferably within the insurance industry.
- Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity and respond to change.
- Strong commercial business acumen.
- Identifying and managing risks with effective controls.
- A tertiary degree with a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, engineering, actuarial science, or natural perils science.
