**Your Role**

As a member of our market-leading Natural Perils team, you will provide general analytical and research support on diverse problems relating to insurance pricing, reinsurance modelling, public policy and other matters as required across perils including flood, coastal hazards, bushfire, tropical cyclone, earthquake, storm and hail and others.

**ABOUT YOU -**- You have 5+ years of relevant experience in natural hazards, earth sciences, natural perils pricing or catastrophe modelling.- You'll support IAG's businesses and customers through development, review, selection, operation and maintenance of peril models and climate risk overlays relating to flood, coastal hazards, bushfire, landslip, and other perils.- You will engage with external organisations to collect, review, process and analyse peril risk data and models across Australia and New Zealand.- You’ll provide general analytical and research support on diverse problems relating to insurance pricing, reinsurance modelling, public policy, major event support and other matters across perils including flood, coastal hazards, bushfire, landslip, tropical cyclone, earthquake, storm and hail.- You will work with our Peril Pricing and Engineering team to integrate peril risk modelling into our systems and pricing engines.
