About the role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Deliver Training: Create and deliver tailored training programs to meet business needs, utilizing workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules.- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expert advice on Support Hub processes, industry trends, and best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.- Collaboration & Support: Partner with business leaders to assess training needs and support the implementation of best practices.- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain training records, evaluate program effectiveness, and report key insights to leadership.- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback to enhance training programs and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

About You:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management abilities.- Proficiency with training platforms and content management systems.- 3+ years of experience in training and operational system management.- Adaptable to organisational change.- Experience in aged care preferred.
