The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Communication Officer to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 10 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Support the implementation of the Gold Coast Health Communication and Engagement strategy
- Ensure communication materials are high quality, accurate and consistent, relevant and appropriately tailored across all communication materials, events and activities
- Undertake the development of new channels, tactics or tools for specific projects as directed
- Demonstrate experience in undertaking project work and the ability to develop communication plans

About you

**To be successful in this position you will require**:

- Evidence of vaccination, and remain vaccinated against -COVID-19
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- While not mandatory, revevant tertiary qualification or experience would be highly regarded

Salary
- Temporary full time (12 months, with possibility of extension)
- Base salary ranging from $94 759 - $103 102 per annum

Based in Southport.
