As Hub Australia's **Marketing & Engagement Manager,** you'll be at the forefront of driving our brand forward. In this role, you're tasked with crafting and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate our brand's values and unique offerings. It's a role that blends creativity with analytical skills, focusing on developing targeted marketing campaigns and customer personas, and harnessing the power of CRM and data analytics. Your efforts will be key in driving business growth and enhancing the customer experience. You'll ensure that all marketing initiatives not only align with, but actively support, our organisational goals and contribute to our overall commercial success. This role is based in Melbourne and is a 12 months Mat Leave cover with the potential to extend

**What your day to day will look like (but not limited to)**:

- Develop marketing and communications strategies for national audiences, aiming to boost engagement and conversion.
- Conduct market research and coordinate with internal teams, ensuring smooth communication about timelines and milestones.
- Manage campaigns from start to finish - planning, execution, monitoring, and analysis.
- Segment customers and develop tailored messaging for each group.
- Create and maintain detailed customer persona profiles.
- Collaborate with Product and CX teams for product analysis and to inform communication strategies.
- Lead creative processes for advertising and promotional materials.
- Analyse performance trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with the demand generation team on strategies for nurturing prospects and leads.
- Lead and manage a team to success, including content leads and graphic designers, ensuring collaboration and efficiency in achieving project goals.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- An ability to think big picture, plan long-term strategies, and understand market dynamics. You can anticipate future trends and align marketing strategies accordingly
- **You're articulate in both written and verbal communication. Your ability to convey complex ideas simply and persuasively is crucial, both in internal coordination and in crafting messages for our audience**:

- You thrive in team environments and understand the importance of cross-departmental collaboration.
- A knack for interpreting data and deriving meaningful insights. You use these insights to inform decisions and refine marketing approaches
- You have a creative edge, especially in developing compelling content and innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences
- The marketing landscape is ever-changing, and so is our business. You're comfortable with change and can adapt strategies and tactics swiftly.
- Proficiency in the latest marketing technologies, including CRM software, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
