This role will require an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service as they work to promote brand awareness and repeat business with both internal and external customers. Having a passion for the automotive industry and cars is a must, as you work through a Certificate III in Automotive Sales.
**About The Role**
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Process customer enquiries and complaints promptly
- Identify parts and components of various vehicles
- Stock control and storage management processes
- Conducting transactions via phone, online and face to face

**About You**
- A passion for automotive industry and the desire to become a highly skilled and Professional Parts Interpreter
- Strong customer service skills
- Commitment to a three-year apprenticeship, including practical studies at TAFE
- Great team mentality with the desire to help others out
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional presentation at all times
