Following our passion for art and commitment to quality, we're bringing our collection to local markets, where art enthusiasts can experience our unique offerings firsthand.

**The Opportunity**:
We're looking for a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to represent MINUS ART at various local markets (Paddington on Saturdays to begin with). This role is perfect for someone who loves art, enjoys interacting with people, and is available to work weekends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with market visitors, sharing stories about our artists and the special handcrafted nature of our prints and frames.
- Maintain a vibrant and inviting market stall presentation.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for art and help customers find pieces that resonate with them.
- Handle sales transactions and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
- Set up and pack down the market stall, ensuring all art pieces are handled with care.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Previous sales experience is a big plus, especially if it's in art or related fields.
- Availability to work on weekends is a must.
- A love for art and creativity; knowledge of the art scene is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a reliable and punctual nature.

**What We Offer**:

- A fun and engaging role where you can share your love for art with others.
- Competitive compensation for your time and sales efforts. Saturday :$37.10 per hour Sunday: $43.28 per hour Plus commissions when sales targets are met.

Expected hours: 7 - 14 per week
