**Our key success factors**:

- Ability to oversee and optimise the performance of categories across all business units.
- Input into long term strategies which include consumer and industry trends.
- Keen ability to negotiate with suppliers to deliver optimal trading terms
- Monitor company rebates and gross profit margins, as well as establish optimal pricing structures.
- Customer obsessed because you deeply care for our offering.

**In this role you will bring**:

- Category management experience.
- Indepth understanding of pricing strategies, margin analysis and profitability optimisation.
- Vendor management, market research and negotiation skills.
- An analytical mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

**Location**:We are excited to be based in our new offices in Rhodes. This role requires you to work 5 days a week in the office, where you'll be surrounded by a collaborative team environment.
