**Position: Support Worker**

**Location: Alexander Heights, WA**

**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in **Alexander Heights, WA**, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

We are looking for a Support Worker to assist our client in Alexander Heights. This client requires someone who has experience cooking traditional Indian meals. This role offers 3 hours per week and there are many other clients in the area so there is the opportunity to pick up shifts with other clients to build shifts.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Experience in providing at home care including Personal Care
- Must have a lot of knowledge and experience in creating a variety of Indian meals as there will be food preparation involved and the client prefers Indian cuisine.
