**Your Role**

Join the friendly team at Dulux Protective Coatings as our Demand Planner and ensure the smooth running of our iconic business across Australia. This role can be based in Dandenong or Clayton in Victoria, or Rocklea in Brisbane.

In this critical role you’ll be liaising with our Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to build demand plans and help drive Sales and Operations processes for the Protective Coatings business. You’ll be reviewing demand plans on a monthly basis with our Leadership team and will be using your analytical approach to improve demand forecast accuracy in a positive and engaging way.

With your forward-thinking approach, you’ll work hard to maintain and formalise our demand planning and associated master data process as well as identifying and implementing improvements, ensuring buy-in from relevant stakeholders along the way.

**Skills & Experience**

This is a key role for our business, so you’ll need excellent relationship building and stakeholder management abilities. Strong analytical and influencing skills, coupled with an engaging, professional approach and the confidence to use your initiative to drive decisions will also ensure success. Other skills and experience include:

- Strong demand planning experience
- Experience within a FMCG or other consumer focused sales and marketing business
- Advanced MS Excel skills
