We are seeking a Diploma educator to work with us in our beautiful centre. Our centre if an under 50 place centre. We are looking for someone who is particularly passionate educator. You will be fully supported in your role and mentored.

**About You**

Essential qualifications needed for the position are:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Services (ACECQA approved) or working towards Diploma in Early Childhood Services
- Current Working with Children Check

**The Role**

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Develop open communication with educators, children and families
- Use routines throughout the day and implement indoor and outdoor programs to respond to the needs of children
- Create indoor and outdoor learning environments that provide the children with opportunities to explore, experiment, create, take risks and play
- Communicated positively and openly with children on an ongoing basis
- Provide physical care, assisting children in daily routines and mealtimes
- Conduct observation and evaluation of children’s development
- Maintain up-to-date records for each child within the group
- Respond to the emotional needs of the children
- Comply with policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation and regulations
- Create a stimulating, positive and aesthetically pleasing environment to support children’s development
- Be pro-active and use own initiative
- Have good English communication skills.

**Salary**: $33 to $36 per ordinary hour depending on experience and qualifications

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
