***About the role**:
Applications are invited from an experienced and skilled Assistant in Nursing to join our team. You will be a part of a highly dedicated team that provides the best patient-centred care for Palliative patients.
This **permanent part-time 3 days per week** opportunity will be in our Palliative ward located at Neringah Hospital in Wahroonga. We offer applicants a stimulating workplace and a supportive team environment within the unit. Our staff are valued members of the multi-disciplinary team and are encouraged to participate in all learning and development activities.
***About you**:
- Second-year student in Bachelor of Nursing with a desire to work in a palliative care ward, **or** Certificate III in Healthcare with at least one year's relevant experience.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment
