**The role**

You will lead passionate teams within Emerging Platforms, responsible for building and operating the Identity platform and Bankfeeds platform.

Our Identity platform provides secure, seamless authentication and user management, improving reliability and observability, reducing user and support friction. The platform is built on top Auth0.

Our Bankfeeds platform enables the delivery of transaction data from the Banking Institutions to our MYOB Products Suite. The platform uses a range of technologies to deliver the transactions ranging from SFTP, to API, to Open Banking.

**What you will do**
- Collaborate broadly across the Technology organisation to understand the customer journey, gather and prioritise customer requirements
- Use Platform Thinking to craft new capabilities that scale the foundations of the platforms
- Define and evolve our strategic vision for our platforms.

**What skills you will need**
- Proven leadership in developing and executing product roadmaps that balance immediate opportunities with long-term strategy.
- Skilled at translating customer needs into technical requirements and collaborating closely with development teams in agile environments.
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, technologies, and cross-functional teamwork.

Experienced in communicating complex products effectively and driving successful go-to-market initiatives.
- Highly effective at multi-tasking, prioritising, self-motivating, and delivering with passion.

It will be a bonus to have experience in:

- Working with Open Banking, Financial Services experience, and OAuth
- Hands on engineering experience
- Platform experience
