**The Company**
Our client is a highly accomplished content creator and publisher, providing cutting-edge teaching and learning tools to learning institutions across Australia and New Zealand in the Vocational Education and Training and Higher Education sector.

**The Role**
As a Technical Product Manager, you will collaborate to continuously improve and extend the range of products and platforms that connect teachers and students with our client’s content. You will define and execute product strategies in line with company and divisional strategy, and core divisional and product objectives.

This is a temporary position for 2-3 months. Work From home, however required to go to office every 2-4 weeks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish, implement, and communicate product vision and strategy
- Understand markets, products, competitors, and channels
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand, document, and validate their requirements and success parameters
- Employ diverse sources to identify platform needs, including analytics, support feedback, sales data, user research, competitor research, or technology advancements
- Actively manage maintainability, technology risk, debt and non-functional requirements as part of the roadmap
- Establish and co-ordinate escalated product support across vendors, internal teams to ensure the correct teams are involved
- Pursue root cause analysis and use it to inform product development
- Continually improve the product management framework
- Contribute to product and process leadership within the team and wider business
- Previous experience in SaaS product management and/or product development
- Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis
- Experience working with internal stakeholders, agile project managers, designers (UX and UI) and third-party vendors
- Experience with Agile, Lean, and other SDLC models
- Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
