**Position**: Medical Receptionist
**Location**: Wesley Hospital
**Hours**: 10-hour days, 4 days per week on a rotating roster between 6:30am to 9pm. Weekend work on a rotating roster between 7:30am to 3:30pm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage appointment bookings and patient inquiries over the phone.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations.
