**What You Will Be Doing**

Social Work positions within our structured Grade 1 Social Work rotations program provide an opportunity for newly qualified or early career Social Workers to commence a career in health and develop transferable skills across a range of healthcare settings.
The Social Work Grade 1 Rotations Program includes two six-month rotation cycles per calendar year. Grade 1 Social workers will participate in rotations across inpatient settings at Frankston Hospital, Rosebud Hospital, The Mornington Centre and Golf Links Road. There will also be opportunity for rotations to clinical areas outside of the inpatient setting in the Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) team & Advanced Care Planning team. Every six months, Grade 1 Social Workers are invited to submit preferences for the next rotation, based on individual learning goals.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- You will need to hold a Bachelor Degree or Qualifying Masters in Social Work. Post graduate studies are highly regarded and may be eligible for a higher education allowance
- As a multi-site organisation you may be required to work across sites. You will have access to our extensive pool of fleet cars and will need a Victorian Drivers licence.
