• Full time, fixed term position (end June 30th 2026) working 80 hours per fortnight.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Grade 1 Social Worker to join our experienced and collaborative team, with opportunities for growth, supervision, and development across varied clinical settings. Your New Role

• Your rotation preferences are matched to maximise clinical exposure and professional development in twice yearly rotations.
• Make a difference to the lives of the patients you meet through psychosocial assessments and provision of Social Work clinical interventions.
• You will help us achieve excellence in patient care across the continuum of acute to community care.
• In return, you will be supported by your Social Work and Multidisciplinary team colleagues, Social Work Team Leaders, Clinical Lead and Managers.

About You

• You are looking to expand your Social Work skills and work with a dynamic professional team.
• You have qualifications which are acceptable for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers.
• You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and in co-operation with others.
• You have clinical skills and experience in comprehensive assessment, counselling and discharge planning.
• You demonstrate understanding of Social Work theories and their application to clinical practice.
