The Alfred Health Respiratory Protection Program Manager is an exciting role responsible for the development, implementation and optimisation of the Alfred Health Respiratory Protection Program (RPP).
**About the Role**:
The RPP Manager is responsible for ensuring Alfred Health employees are provided with appropriate respiratory protection, and ensure training and education are delivered to protect workers from risks of respiratory hazards.
The RPP Manager will be the organisational key contact for workers and managers with respect to respiratory protection, how and what equipment they are using, as well as how to dispose of and maintain their equipment appropriately. Key aspects of the role include reviewing and developing policies and procedures, Coordination of fit -testing clinics, reviewing mask selection & availability, staff education, managing and analysing data, and recording and reporting on work processes.

You are a high performer who is customer focused, motivated, enthusiastic and able to demonstrate initiative. There is a high level of autonomy required.
- Experience/knowledge of health systems;
- Occupational Health and Safety or Nursing/Allied Health professional specialised in infection control
- Experience with professional reports and presentations;
- Experience in leading a team and service
- Ability to work independently and take initiative;
- Ability to prioritise work and ensure timelines are on track;
- Interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse range of people;
- Knowledge of IT platforms.
