**About the Role**:

- Primarily we're looking for a hands-on
**Dynamics Payroll Consultant** that can process weekly and fortnightly payrolls for multiple entities on behalf of Dialog’s Managed Payroll service. You would join our growing team providing Payroll implementation, training, customer support and managed payroll services to our Microsoft Dynamics customer base.
- You’ll be part of a supportive and dedicated payroll and Dynamics consultant team with engaged and compassionate leaders.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a similar role leading the Payroll function for a multiple-entity business
- The ability and willingness to be hands-on processing weekly payroll
- Experience with large payroll systems such as MS Dynamics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work unsupervised
- An understanding of Fair Work guidelines, NES & Modern Awards as they relate to payroll
- Knowledge of legislative requirements such as statutory tax, payroll tax, superannuation, long service leave entitlements etc
- Good technical competencies with Microsoft tools
- Ability to operate autonomously, with mínimal day to day management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently to identify and confirm requirements and agree appropriate solutions.
