We are seeking a Centre Integration Partner to lead project integration and the set up nationally of New Centres including but not limited to, Greenfield, Relocations, Mergers Acquisitions and Centre Re-openings. In this role you will work across several projects at a time and will need to manage a large number of stakeholders within the Centre Services Teams and the broader Goodstart network. This role requires flexibility and agility to work within the Goodstart centre-led structure and deliver projects on a case-by-case needs basis.

**Your Impact**:
You'll leverage a deep understanding of Goodstarts operations and structure to drive success in centre setup and reporting projects.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, adeptly tailoring your message to diverse audiences and ensuring complex information is easily understood.
Your time management and prioritisation skills will ensure efficient workflow management based on stakeholder needs.
You'll be a problem-solving pro, making informed decisions aligned with company policies and seeking additional input when necessary.

**You’ll bring to the table**:
3+ years experience as a Program/Project Manager including experience working on large projects and several smaller number of projects at one time.
Able to work and network successfully in complex matrix organisations.
Strong co-ordination and organisational skills focused on outcomes.
Flexibility to undertake domestic travel is essential and flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required and as negotiated.
A curious and strong growth mindset.
Strong analytical skills to support and guide design and decision making.
Strong skills in negotiating and reaching positive outcomes.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills across broad range of stakeholders both internal and external.
An uncompromising approach to delivering against agreed plans and deadlines.
QLD Working with Children’s Clearance
**Ideal but not essential**:
Formal qualifications or certification in project management.
Well-developed knowledge and understanding of program and project management frameworks, approaches, tools and phases of the program/project lifecycle.
Experience in opening new early learning centres
