We're looking for a **_Revenue Operations Associate_** to join our Revenue Operations team in Melbourne. As part of our RevOps team you will work with our wider go to market functions to optimize how our teams operate to help drive revenue growth.

Our RevOps team is core to driving revenue growth at Lightspeed and we require someone to support our end to end go to market function by managing reporting requests, leading enablement projects, supporting data integrity efforts and identifying areas for improvement in our operations.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Assist Revenue Operations team with sales process improvement projects to eliminate bottlenecks and inconsistencies, focusing on the enhancement of sales, demand generation, and customer success productivity
- Document and maintain Revenue Operations policies, processes and project statuses to ensure the most current version is available for all team members
- Support coordination for cross functional projects including, but not limited to project documentation, task management, meeting coordination and documentation, etc.
- Ensure internal customer-facing data integrity through data cleansing, list segmentation, data alignment, suggest and implement process and workflow improvements
- Create and manage key reports, pull ad hoc Salesforce list requests and provide reporting backup to analysts as requested
- Assist with Salesforce, Outreach and other tool administration and project prioritization

**What you need to bring**:

- Knowledge of sales processes and operations within a Saas organization preferred
- Experience with a CRM, excel/sheets and other revenue tools/systems (We use Salesforce, Outreach and Gong but experience with all of these is not required)
- Keen interest in optimizing revenue operations for a high growth company
- Proven technical and non-technical problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Possesses strong attention to detail and ability to think and act creatively and tactically
