We are working with a scheme agent in South Australia currently looking for support within the Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims portfolio. **This is a 6-month contract opportunity for someone who is looking to utilise their experience in Worker’s Compensation**

**The Role** as an Eligibility Officer your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Managing your own portfolio of claims, with a desire to make a difference
- Determine the acceptance or decline of claims, in line with legislation
- Liaise and negotiate with external stakeholders
- Complete all claim determinations within established timeframes
- **Hours**: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
- **Hybrid Role**:2 days from Adelaide CBD office, 3 days at home
- **Duration**: 6 months
- End-to-end claims experience with Worker’s Compensation ideally within South Australia legislation
- Experience working Noise Induced Hearing Loss Claims (preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Good computer skills and high attention to detail
- Positive attitude
