Our client within the education sector based South of the River is looking for their new Student Support Officer to join their team.

**Your new role**

As an Student Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the VET team on all aspects of the various administrative processes. You will be the frontline support of handling ad hoc administration tasks and activities such as but not limited to:

- Provide administrative assistance and be the first point of contact for students
- Ensuring accurate data recording/management
- Coordinate the content, publishing and distribution of reports and other documentation, as required
- Provide excellent level of customer service

**What you’ll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you are someone who has the following experience/qualities:

- Experience working in the higher education sector or RTO
- Completion of a relevant degree/diploma would be highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
