**About the opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finished Artist / Production Co-ordinator to join the Creative and Design team within the Brand and Marketing division at Uniting. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Design and delivery of high-quality marketing collateral for stakeholders across the organisation
- Provide design, finished art and production support across digital and traditional channels
- Ensure that all materials enhance, and rein force the Uniting brand
- Manage workflow system
- Reporting - ongoing, quarterly, annual.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will be a versatile worker with the ability to manage workflows whilst being hands on with finished art and production tasks. Reporting directly to the Creative and Design Lead, you will manage the traffic and resource allocation for Creative projects to maximise team efficiencies and ensure deadlines are met through the project management software.

**Qualifications**:

- Organised
- Exceptional Adobe Suite Skills
- Experience of using workflow programmes
- Bachelor qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience.

**Desirable**
- Experience in a similar role in an Agency
